No Returns or Refunds

At Go Green Enterprises, we take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are hygienically processed and securely packaged before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy. Once an order has been confirmed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance where applicable.


Replacements

Provided based on current product availability. Replacement items will be delivered within 3–7 days.


Returns

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method with in 5–10 days.
